Kids Academy Emergency Childcare

Emergency Childcare is another great benefit to your employees. Your company could purchase a number of places at a Kids Academy Day Nursery and should your employee’s regular method of childcare fail, they can contact the Kids Academy Day Nursery and use one of the Emergency places until their regular routine becomes available again.

Workplace Nursery Schemes

By offering a Workplace Nursery scheme, there are significant savings and benefits to both your employees and your company.

Your company can buy a number of places at a Kids Academy Day Nursery and your employees would then enter in to a salary sacrifice scheme, giving up a specified amount of their salary, equal to the cost of the nursery place, which would be free from Tax payments.
